After originally saying he'd come back for his sophomore season, Quincy Miller has decided to take his talents to the NBA after one year of college hoops.
Back on April 10 when he made his decision, he said Perry Jones III's choices of staying in school influenced him to stay.
"I definitely learned from that," Miller said to Kim Gorum of CBSSports.com. "'He got bigger. He got better. He grew mentally, physically and in all aspects of his game.' He said Jones also gave him his "best advice" in recent days: Stay in school."
Miller isn't in the most recent mock draft on ESPN since his decision became known today, but in Chad Ford's second mock draft, he predicted Miller to go to the Houston Rockets with the 21st overall pick.
Miller averaged 10.6 points per game and 4.9 rebounds in his lone year at Baylor.
